UK exchanges are free
• Follow the link above and enter your Order Number/ID and personal details
• Select Royal Mail as your return method and choose your preferred drop-off location
• You can exchange items for a different size. Make sure the exchange item is within the same price range as the original item. In order to proceed with the exchange, please provide us with the exact product code of the item you would like to exchange for. If your exchange size is not available or the product code is not provided, we will refund your item(s)
• You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label ready to print and attach to your parcel, along with your return tracking number
Please note:
• We do not currently offer QR code or printless returns at drop-off locations (your returns label must be printed before dropping off your parcel)
• Please keep your proof of postage until your exchange has been fully processed
• International customers: you are not able to return your items for an exchange, you would need to return your order for a refund and place a new order
