Ghost accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards and paypal.

Website Security

Ghost does not store credit or debit card numbers in our database. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Ghost uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled you will see a padlock on your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Card Security Checks

To ensure a secure shopping experience and to protect our customers, our accounts team may initiate a random security check to verify cardholder details in order to prevent online fraud.

Should this check be carried out on your payment card, a random amount between 1p – 99p will be credited to your account. You will be asked to confirm this amount via email before your order can be despatched.

Orders, Amendments and Cancellations

Our shipping team will often pack and despatch orders within a few hours of them being placed. As a result of this, we are unable to cancel or amend any orders once they have been processed.

Each order made will be charged separately. If only part of your order is available we will only dispatch the items that are in stock. We will therefore cancel and refund any items that are out of stock. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for customers to be contacted and to receive their refund.

Pricing and Payment

A. Save for obvious error our website will display the price of all our products. The price shown on our website excludes the cost of delivery which will be added to the amount due from you when you complete the transaction. Our prices may vary from time to time but any changes will not affect orders which we have accepted and where we have sent you an email confirmation.

B. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom you should be aware that there may be import duties and taxes to be paid when the delivery reaches the country from which you are ordering. We recommend you check before ordering what these charges may be as we have no control over them and cannot be responsible for any additional charges you may have to pay as a result. It is for you to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country from where you place your order and Ghost cannot and will not be liable for any breach by you of such laws and/or regulations.

C. Ghost have introduced a fair pricing policy and are therefore charging all customers the same throughout the world. The price displayed in pounds sterling will be the same regardless of the customer’s location, with the exception of the delivery cost.

D. We at Ghost  strive to make shopping on our website as safe and secure as possible. We cannot and will not be responsible for fraudulent use on our website of a lost and/or stolen credit or debit card. We will of course assist your credit/debit card company where we are able to do so once any fraud has been reported to them.





Ghost delivers both domestically and internationally with Royal Mail.  Please see the below guide to shipping prices:

  • UK – £4.95 – 3-5 working days (Please allow an extra 3 working days during online sales and promotions. Dye-to-order dresses 4 weeks-6 weeks from date ordered placed.
  • Europe – £9.95 – 7-14 working days. Dye-to-order dresses 4 weeks + 7-14  working days
  • Rest of the world – £9.95 – Up to 28 working days. Dye-to-order dresses 4 weeks-6 weeks + up to 28 days
  • Dye to order dresses 4 weeks(UK) 4 Week s-6weeks + up to 10 Working days (Europe) 4 weeks + up to 28 day s rest of world).

Ghost Returns Policy

Ghost operates a strict 14 day return policy on all online products. All garments returned for exchange or refund must be unworn, in their original condition and with their attached product tags. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, or return it for a refund, please send it to our returns department within 14 days at the below address:

Please note that our warehouse is unable to accept any returns or exchanges in person. Any exchanges made must be via a "like for like" basis. We are unable to carry out an exchange for a different garment.

When returning items for exchange or refund, please be sure to enclose a completed return form (contained in your parcel) with your order number clearly visible at the top. We would strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and/or postal insurance, as Ghost can only take responsibility for the item once we have received it.

All returning parcels are opened within 72 hours of being received. If you have requested a refund or exchange please allow up to 14 working days(during sales and festive periods please allow 15 working days) for your reimbursement to appear in your account or your exchange to be sent . Exchanges will be despatched dependent on availability, and you will be contacted should the items you've requested no longer be in stock.

Please note that the cost of returning goods for exchange or return lies with the customer.

Any returns that do not abide by our conditions above will be refused, and the customer will incur the cost of redelivery.

International Returns

If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, clearly mark the parcel "a return to the UK for exchange" to avoid delays and unnecessary customs charges.

Please note that while we pay for any exchanged items to be re-despatched, the cost of returning the goods to the UK lies solely with the customer.

Store Purchases

Ghost online cannot accept any store purchases for return or exchange, they must be returned to one of our high street branches. Please note that this does not include concession stores.

Due to the wide variety of Ghost products available, please refer to their individual product pages for specific wash and care instructions.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, and are only valid between set dates and/or times (unless stated otherwise).

Enter your code into the promotional code box at the checkout screen, and then click Apply Discount for the relevant deduction to be made. Please note that we are unable to apply promotional codes once an order has been placed and only one code can be used per transaction.

Discounts and Sales

Discounts and sales are valid at the time of purchase. Ghost will not apply any sale prices to garments purchased after or before the sale is activated on the website.



Ghost currently does not offer a catalogue. New additions are made to our range seasonally, and for all the latest news and promotions we encourage you to sign up to our newsletter when creating your Ghost account. Ghost is unable to tailor or alter any garments to specific customer needs. Any alternations are at the cost of the customer and void the 14 day return policy.

Online Warehouse Sale

During our online warehouse sale please allow up to 7 working days for goods to be despatched. International orders please allow up to 28 working days. Sale items calculated in advance no promotion code is necessary.
